Knowledge base first

So. I work as a nurse for a minicipality. I think Zammad would be a great match for us handeling questions around helthcare and systems but…

Is there a guide showing how to setu Knowledge Base as the first page for the website? I’ve gotten the domain https://uppsala.support. I’ve set Zammad up on a vpn with 12 gigs of ram. And it seems like it’s working good.

I have a second question: Since I only want to use zammad and no other front - Is there a way to add the chat and the form to the knowlage base?

There is no official way to do this.
You can add the code yourself, but the updates will overwrite the manual change.

I have the Knowledb Base on as you se the url is: https://uppsala.support/help but that overkill to have it there. Id like it like so:

https://uppsala.support/ → Knowledge Base root
https://uppsala.support/agent → login

I’m guiessing should just check the nginx config tho?

Ok. Then I’ll do that and put in a feature request? Im sorry I do not have the time to code-support and make a pull request. Thanks for a great software!

Sorry I did not get you right.
Well, you can do that by configuring NGINX.
Another way, use a subdomain for the knowledge base: (like https://kb.uppsala.support/).
