Is there a REST API to create and update AI Agents and Writing Assistant tools?

Hi everyone,

I’m exploring the new AI features in Zammad, particularly AI Agents and the Writing Assistant with custom writing tools.

I’d like to automate the creation and maintenance of these configurations, ideally through the Zammad REST API, rather than having to configure them manually through the admin interface.

Is there a documented or supported API endpoint to:

  • Create, retrieve, update, and delete AI Agents.

  • Create, retrieve, update, and delete Writing Assistant tools, including their custom instructions and settings.

If these endpoints are not part of the public REST API, are there internal API endpoints used by the admin interface that could be leveraged for this purpose? Or is there another recommended way to manage these configurations programmatically?

I’d also appreciate any pointers to relevant API documentation or source code.
