I’m really impressed with the features and capabilities of Zammad! I have multiple clients who are interested in using a helpdesk ticketing system like this, with some minor customizations to meet our regional requirements.
I have a couple of questions:
- Is the open-source version of Zammad multi-tenant?
- Can it be launched as a SaaS platform for my customers?
