I would like to integrate this widget into the dashboard page. Where can I find the page files? And can/may I edit them?

The Dashboard is only visible to Agents. By integrating the chat there, Agents would be able to start chat session with random colleagues. What is the use-case here?
That would be the use case for us, that only we agents can send and read chat messages to each other. An agent probably has the dashboard open most of the time, other websites that could be used for this less often.
