Hi There, does anyone have a clue on how to integrate Zammad with Prestashop (Or any e-commerce actually). I do not want the user to enter 2 different logins.

Easiest way would be to use third party authentications like SAML, LDAP or whatever works for both applications.
Don’t know Prestashop so can’t answer that question.
