Integration with Jira

I’ve been looking all over to find information if there is any integration between Zammad and Jira. My company would like an integration where we can link issues in Zammad to what our developers are working on in Jira, and get updates from Jira when issue is resolved.
At first all I could find was this old issue which is in the backlog, which I assumed was still the case

But then I found this issue that seems to be discussing Jira follow ups, and the state is marked Done?

Does that mean that there somwehere is a Jira integration, that follow ups in Jira are added to tickets? Or what is this last issue regarding? Would love if someone could explain.
