We use CISCO for communication within our organization. We are looking to use zammad as a ticketing system. However, we are doubtful whether integration with CISCO via CTI is possible.
Please share your experiences and solutions if your organization also uses CISCO.
If Cisco doesn’t support Zammads generic CTI ( Introduction — Zammad documentation ) then there’s currently no way to make Zammad understand what’s going on. It’s questionable if Cisco even supports the kind of calls we require.
If they can create web calls, a middle ware script that translate their calls may be an option even though it’s hacky.
