We, Schmer.IT GmbH, have developed a Chrome Extension that connects Zammad with the timeCard10 time recording from REINER SCT.
It is a normal Chrome extension, which is suitable for all Chromium browsers. It enables the recording and coordination of the time spent on ticket processing, resulting in a complete listing of your working hours. The interface can be linked to any open source system, whereby
Projects can be created in Zammad e.g. based on the subject and ticket text. Fast and easy.
