We run two small companies (one is the small clinic of my wife). We use since years OSTicket (no migration needed!) - but we are no longer convinced (no responsive design).
We are looking now for somebody who could install 2 instances of Zammad for us. Best the specialist is based in germany for billing reason and better language understanding. Please feel free to contact me. Thank you

Note that, unless Zammad GmbH installs Zammad for you, there is no “experts” in the field. Not saying nobody apart us has clue, but they’re not allowed to call themselves that way.
