From 3.4.x to 4.0 - an adrenaline rush?

First things first: massive kudos to the Zammad Team for the new 4.0 version!!

Major Release: Zammad 4.0

Quick question for you out there: how risky is it to upgrade from version 3.4.x directly to 4.0?
Has anyone done it already? Are there any issues or concerns?
