Experiences with the WhatsApp channel?

I’m using WhatsApp Business (I think that’s the name) through the Meta Business Suite Inbox.

The Meta Business Inbox is redundant with Zammad and I don’t like how it is impossible to pull metrics from.

So, I’m thinking about switching to the WhatsApp API integrated with Zammad instead.

I like that we can track conversations by ticket # and move more of our CS agent workload into Zammad.

Before let it rip, I wanted to ask if anybody has feedback on this transition and/or shares my goal to eliminate Meta’s Business Inbox
