Email notification using OAuth, provided as a package

Hello everyone,

Since Microsoft is phasing out SMTP email and HVE didn’t work for us due to security policies, I’ve built a package to solve the problem. With this package, I can attach OAuth emails and also receive all messages regarding escalations, reminders, password resets, etc. Since I’ve seen that many of you are looking for a solution, I’d like to share mine with you. Feel free to send me a message, and I’ll send you the package.

And remember, starting in May, the ticket system will no longer work for M365 users unless you also set up an SMTP relay server.

Have you considered putting it in a merge request to upstream? Wouldn’t that be the much better approach for the product?

That’s a fair suggestion. In this case, I’m treating it less as a standalone feature and more as part of a consulting solution around secure M365 integrations, where setup, adaptation, and ongoing support are key.

So while I’m open to collaboration, I’m currently not planning a full upstream contribution.
