[done]Turn "If you are a Zammad Support or hosted customer" in technical assistance into comment?

When you post in technical assistance, there’s this hint in the topic template:

**Important:**
**If you are a Zammad Support or hosted customer and experience a technical issue, please refer to: support@zammad.com using your zammad-hostname / or company contract.**

Unfortunately, many people don’t seem really seem to get that you’re supposed to remove it before posting: https://community.zammad.org/search?q=If%20you%20are%20a%20Zammad%20Support%20or%20hosted%20customer

I would propose that this should be turned to a <!-- ... --> HTML comment. Then it should still be visibly while creating the topic, but it won’t show up in the final topic.
