When you post in technical assistance, there’s this hint in the topic template:
**Important:** **If you are a Zammad Support or hosted customer and experience a technical issue, please refer to: email@example.com using your zammad-hostname / or company contract.**

I would propose that this should be turned to a
<!-- ... --> HTML comment. Then it should still be visibly while creating the topic, but it won’t show up in the final topic.
