Does Zammad have the concept of ticket categories?

Hi there,
Just looking at Zammad at the moment and wondering how you can separate out different ticket types.

i.e. if we want a ticket type that will be for our facilities team we want it to have specific fields, we want to have a specific on boarding ticket that our HR team will use with specific fields, so on and so forth.

Can we setup like a service catalog of different ticket types that someone can go to in order to ensure the right information is always entered for the particular tickets?
