I’m looking at using Zammad for customer service and support. I love the idea of an open source system so we could customize it to our needs.
One thing we need is to be able to import customers and references to orders, invoices, etc. from our ERP/CRM system. I’m looking at the Zammad API’s but don’t see API’s for customers and tags. Does that mean you don’t have these API end points right now?
