Daily timeout (error 504)

Thanks for the update! That’s indeed good news.
I will upgrade our Zammad next week. I will let you know how it works then.

We have been updating zammad regularly (usually twice a week), and we haven’t noticed any outages in the last few weeks. But there was less going on over the holidays/New Year. But (from my perspective) everything seems to be running smoothly again.

We can confirm that since updating to the patched version we didn’t have any stability problems.

Which patch version of zammad docker should be upgraded to fix this issue ?

Update to the latest available stable Version of Zammad and you’re good.

Hello there,
we’re running Version 6.4.1-1734476180.a187f3a5.focal and face this issue. I have to manually restart the instance every couple of days. Can’t find which version would be the latest, on the website and github repo page it says latest release was in Dez. We updated, and since then face this issue. Not really seeing anything in the logs, how can I fix this? Our instance was running without problems for years, and now it fails at least once a week.

Hi @js_lw ,

the fixed Build-Number was 6.4.1-1736847225.e899e544, so I guess you just need to update to the latest version and all should be fine then.

Hey, thanks for the message! Ok then, I’ll give it a try. This is the build available via apt without any versioning arguments, right?

Hi, we recently switched to zammad about 2 months ago we directly installed version 6.4.1 through the installation method from source, initially we had some problems with excessive RAM consumption which we solved, but now we have the error 504 problem I attach the screen, this happens every day several times a day but at log level I don’t have any errors not even nginx

If you would have read this thread, you’d know that you have to update to the latest available stable Zammad version to solve this.
