Customize the ticket template

Do we have any feature on zammad to customize the ticket template? like I want to add more columns to fill such as location or something?

from your description it sounds like you only want more objects - so yes, you actually can:

If you want to you can even define some workflows:
https://admin-docs.zammad.org/en/latest/system/core-workflows.html

The docs are pretty good in general. Feel free to have a look at them, they will probably answer most of your questions.
