Consider bumping "mail" gem to appease rspamd?

Hello,

I’m having some issues with an outgoing spam filter (rspamd) blocking some mails sent from zammad. Some of those issues are unrelated to Zammad itself but one is: mail sent from zammad have a “Mime-Version” header and it does not please rspamd which expects the “MIME-Version” casing (rspamd/rules/headers_checks.lua at e15327ef1f753429b576cb29a6b124f2f000113e · rspamd/rspamd · GitHub). Granted, it is pedantic but that’s just how it is…

This issue has been reported to the “mail” gem: The "Mime-Version" header capitalization is considered a spam signal by rspamd · Issue #1497 · mikel/mail · GitHub and fixed end of 2022. A new release, with the fix, was published one month ago: Release v2.9.0 · mikel/mail · GitHub

Would you consider bumping it?

We currently in the process on updating the gem to the next minor version, but there are some breaking changes, we need first to clarify. Will maybe take some additional time.
