Is there anyone out there using Zammad for educational/schooling purposes?
If so, I would be glad to have a number/collection of German/ or English-speaking text modules to put it into our federal (Schleswig-Holstein) school-IT-solution aiming at school authorities. Zammad of course, is going to be the helpdesk part of that solution.
