we’re trying to set up a cold-calling process in Zammad where we import records that are created as “customes” and then emailed with a text template so we can work through the responses with our team in Zammad.
Unfortunately we have already tested so many ways with triggers and more, but just can’t get it right.
Do you have an idea or can you help us?

Zammad is not a newsletter platform and simply doesn’t support your use case.
No matter what I think about cold calling etc, this is simply out of the scope of this project.

So it will be better to write the akquise mails ourself and then manage the answers in Zammad?
