Hi!
I’m just here to share a small script to being notified in case Zammad is having trouble.
Even though it’s pretty easy to call the API and have a detailed answer i wanted to automate all this and mostly have an off-server, solid and free way to check.
I came up with this in Google App Script and i’ve attached to the repository few step by step instructions.
If you have any suggestions to improve it i’m all ears.
