I was wondering if there was an option to automatically prepend a " — Please reply above this line —" above every reply an agent sends.
The issue is that a lot of our customers put their responses below our replies, requiring us to click on the “See more” button to find their text.
if you are using MS Exchange as your mailserver, you could add a mailflow rule for this.
We’re just using a Google channel to send and receive emails.
I’m afraid Zammad does not offer such a functionality.
