Autoload of Ticket-Templates possible?


my colleagues and I find the ticket templates extremely practical. We can use them to load a small question catalogue that helps us to record all the necessary information during support requests. That saves a lot of subsequent queries. Thanks for this feature!

Is it possible to autoload a ticket-template without selecting before? Thus when a user creates a new ticket, the standard ticket template of the respective user group should be appear in the mask.

If not could this be realized with a macro?

This would be extremely useful, because in stressful phases it happens repeatedly that my colleagues and I forget to load the template and as a result some data is not collected.

The new ticket dialogue always starts fresh.
That means no matter if draft or template function, you always have to load it in manually.
