#{article.body_as_html} plus attachments

There was an issue using #{article.body_as_html} placeholder if there was attachements in reply it attached them to email. That was fixed https://github.com/zammad/zammad/issues/2483
What is current valid way to add attachments with placeholders or any other option?

There currently isn’t any way to do so.

But we have an enhancement issue for this without any ETA:
