Hi, I would like to know if there are APIs available regarding Triggers, Core Workflow and Schedulers. I don’t seem to have found anything about it in the documentation.

Not everything of Zammads APIs being technically available is put into the documentation. The most important things are.
What I would like to achieve is to create custom timers that start automatically when a trigger is triggered, for example, if an agent changes the status of the ticket from new to being processed, there is a timer that starts counting the minutes that have passed since this change of state. Obviously I would like to be able to customize the timers based on certain conditions/events as happens with triggers. I was asking for more information to somehow reach my goal
Zammad has no timer functionality and thus you cannot achieve this with a core installation I’m afraid.
