Expected behavior:
When a customer replies to our ticket via email we want to keep all line breaks and paragraphs as it is.
Actual behavior:
When replying via email the answer gets trimmed. All paragraphs are being removed and the answer looks very compressed.
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Create a new ticket for a customer
- Answer to that ticket via email
