Option to disable notification for pendin till changes

  1. What is your original issue/pain point you want to solve?
    When I am subscribed to a ticket and the owner is moving the “pending till”-datetime over and over again, I get notifications for that over and over again.

  2. Which are one or two concrete situations where this problem hurts the most?
    When colleagues move not-so-important-tickets from week to week that they want to follow-up someday, I get notifications everytime.

  3. Why is it not solvable with the Zammad standard?
    I cannot exclude changes from notifications that are exclusively changes for “pending till”.

  4. What is your expectation/what do you want to achieve?
    I want to be able to exclude “pending till”-only changes from other people.
