Infos:
- Used Zammad version: 6.3 (upgraded from 5.4)
- Used Zammad installation type: ubuntu package
- Operating system: Ubuntu
- Browser + version: Firefox
Expected behavior:
- Appear the integration to elastic search option to generate the access token
Actual behavior:
I reinstalled Elasticsearch, rebuilt the index, and verified that the curl request to port 9200 is successful. However, the Elasticsearch integration option still does not appear.
This deployment is for testing purposes. Initially, I hoped upgrading from version 5.4 to 6.3 would resolve the issue, but it didn’t.
I’m stuck on why this is happening and how to debug it. Any clues? Or debugging tips would be greatly appreciated.
