Error with ServiceNow Integration - Tips and Tricks Needed

I am currently facing an issue with integrating ServiceNow into Zammad, and I could really use some help from those who might have experienced similar challenges.
I’m trying to set up a seamless integration between ServiceNow and Zammad.

Issue: During the integration process, I keep encountering an error that I can’t seem to resolve. The error message doesn’t provide much detail, making it difficult to pinpoint the exact problem. I have followed the integration guidelines provided by both ServiceNow and Zammad, but the issue persists. I’ve double-checked the API credentials, network settings, and permissions, and everything seems to be in order
