Hello everyone, I am an IT employee in a german bank and we have been enthusiastic users of Zammad for some time. We have implemented the ticket system widely and deeply. Thank you very much for this brilliant product.
However, we are now about to migrate from HCL Notes to Microsoft 365, which means that we will soon no longer be able to collect emails via IMAP ports.
For security reasons, our Germany-wide data centre does not support “IMAP.AccessAsUser.all” for app registration. We also do not have the option of registering ourselves.
However, we have found that the “Mail.Read” graph authorisation is possible with other software products. Our data centre allows this option.
Is it possible or perhaps even already planned to change the authorisation from “IMAP.AccessAsUser.all” to “Mail.Read”?
Our Zammad runs in a Proxmox VM.
