Zammad works in Chrome but not in Firefox

Infos:

  • Used Zammad version: 4.0
  • Used Zammad installation source: (source, package, …)
  • Operating system: Ubuntu 20.04
  • Browser + version:

Expected behavior:

  • To work on every other Browser like it does in chrome

Actual behavior:

  • It works but ONLY in chrome.
    On firefox i get an loading screen with the zammad logo which is
    positioned at the far left of the blank page

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  • Open up zammad url or ip in firefox

Please run a reload on both browsers and provide the exact error messages.
The developer console (network tab) may help too.
