Zammad Wordpress Chat dont appear

Hello @ALL,

i have the problem with the Zammad chat with Wordpress. I have connected the Wordpress-Site with Zammad and i see at the debugger that the site is connected. But when i try to open the chat with the button on the wordpress website, the chat will not appearing. There is no errors in the logs or something. Do anyone have an idea what the problem is?
There are no error logs in access.log or error.log

  • Used Zammad installation source: (source, package, …)
  • Operating system: Ubuntu 18.4
  • Browser + version: Chrome, Edge, Firefox

Just to get you right:
Clicking on the button does, visually, not open the chat window?
Does the chat request appear within Zammad ?

If so, it looks like the window is being overlayed by a container.
You might want to check with having a look within the source code after clicking the button.
