My zammad-installation is only available on local network. For the sipgate.io-Feature I wanted to make the API-URL available from public internet thru my nginx reverse proxy (running on different machine). The reverse proxy enforces SSL. Is there any requirements to the reverse proxy to access zammad? are standard ports 80/443 used? or others required?
For sipgate.io zammad shows me an URL with https://localip/…, which I can’t open locally. When I open the same URL only with http:// I get a 404. Is there a way to verify if the URL is opened correctly from public internet? How should a browsers response look like when I open the API-URL?
