Where is csat to zammad side? After the ticket is closed, we would like a satisfaction survey to the customer. Is there any fee?

at the moment no module is integrated in Zammad.
We use the free version of limesurvey. If we close a ticket a trigger sends an email to the customer with the link. This works fine for us and is maybe a solution for you too :smiling_face:

I’ve changed the category to technical assistance, as I cannot find the feature request part of this thread.

I have installed LimeSurvey and created a survey for our customers. After that I copied the link and paste it in your trigger in Zammad which is sending a mail on closed state tongue customer.
You can define a separate trigger if you want.
Now you can use tags to track the voting. Our trigger send one mail per customer based on the tag.

Limesurvey is free software and has a good live reporting. So we can see live the results of our survey.
