# Zammad ticket auto assignment : round robin

### Infos:

- Used Zammad version: 6.5.2
- Used Zammad installation type: " docker-compose"
- Operating system: Linux
- Browser + version: Chrome

### Expected behavior:

- Assigning open/new tickets to agents automatically in round robin manner

### Actual behavior:

- Auto assignment works as follows: First come first serve.

### Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Sorry not sure what your question or request is here. This works exactly like documented and designed. There is no round robin.

I had been struggling to get the tickets in round robin manner somehow. But, I had to do it my way 🙂
