Steps to reproduce the behavior:
i have try to edit the outbound rule that time ,i have face the connection reset by peer error i can share the error " #<Errno::ECONNRESET: Connection reset by peer> "

we have using zammad ticketing system used to solve or reply the customers queries through the mail but now we have facing above mentioned issues.

Reply the customers mail that time mail not yet send from zammad mail.

1a) If it is a local SMTP relay, have you made any changes recently to allowed IPs or credentials?
Based on the error, it seems whatever you are using as an SMTP relay is closing the connection.
we have using SMTP protocol but now i am not able to edit it , that time error through out connection reset by peer.
I don’t know why the error comes.

Hello till now we have the issues are our sending mails are not send through the error message ,that error message i will share the above pic.

The email channel should let you edit the settings after creation.
Can you post a picture of your email channel (with personal info obscured)?
