Zammad running but not listing on port

• Used Zammad version: 6.3.1
• Used Zammad installation type: (source, package, docker-compose, …) package
• Operating system: debian

Expected behavior:

when zammad is running to be listing on port 3000

Actual behavior:

*doesn’t appear to be up and doesnt work

important context, i changed my ip from dhcp to a static on though dhcp on router. when the ip changes is there a config file i also need to change? i checked nginx config and everything in there is local host, never mentions the ip.

to fix this is set the bind port to 0.0.0.0 and all is working again

zammad config:set ZAMMAD_BIND_IP=0.0.0.0

Binding on the public network interface is potentially dangerous. Ensure your firewall blocka these ports from the outside if you have to do it that way. I‘d say it is not.
