Zammad Release 2.8

We’re glad to announce the new Release of Zammad 2.8 & 2.7.1.
With this Release we finally bring the placetel integration and the new Twitter-API has been implemented.

Beside those two Feature, we could also address some show stopping Bugs that hopefully won’t bug us again.
