Zammad re open closed ticket

  • Browser + version: Chrome

Expected behavior:

Closed tickets should remain closed

Actual behavior:

Close a ticket and after a couple of hours, it’s turned open automatically

Sorry but that behavior is correct.
If you couldn’t send a mail to your user, your agent needs to know.

Technically this is a follow up which causes the behavior in question.
Ensure your mail server can be reached by Zammad all the time and this issue shouldn’t appear. :slight_smile:
