Zammad notifications don't work

Infos:

  • Used Zammad version: 6.0.0
  • Used Zammad installation type: docker-compose
  • Operating system: linux
  • Browser + version: Firefox 118.02 (Chrome - same problem)

Actual behavior:

Notifications won’t work, no matter what settings are ticked (Settings → Ticket).

  • No ticks => still notifications from anywhere
  • Ticks => notifications from anywhere, not just the ticked
  1. problem:
    Pending reminder notifications also won’t work, sometimes the notification appears hours later or midnight (couple minutes after 00:00)

Notes:

Right now, the company reorganizes the mail server infrastructure. Mails are received on Exchange and redirected to Mailcow until we fully change over to mailcow.
