Zammad not create tickets, scheduler may not run

Hi! can you please give me advice how to fix it and why it happens? Zammad stop to create tickets from the mail massages. There is error message in Monitoring: “scheduler may not run (last execution of Chat.cleanup_close about 1 hour ago) - please contact your system administrator”

  • Used Zammad version: 5.2.2
  • Used Zammad installation type: package
  • Operating system: Linux Ubuntu Server
  • Browser + version: Chrome

Expected behavior:

Zammad create the ticket when message appears in incoming of the e-mail attached to group.

Actual behavior:

New messages recived by e-mail attached to group but Zammad don’t create the ticket

    Can someone give an advice about how to fix that please. For now Zammad works stable only about half of hour after restarting all services on server. After half of hour all notifications in Zammad stops working again and all new messages from e-mails not coming to system anymore as a ticket… and all notifiactions in the system stops working too. I can’t figure out what exactly cause the scheduler error and how to get rid of this error.
    In monitoring pannel appears the message like that: ‘scheduler may not run (last execution of OnlineNotification.cleanup about 2 hours ago) - please contact your system administrator’.

Have a look into your log files they should contain the issue. scheduler_err should be your friend in this scenario.
