Hello,

I’m creating some models which are very useful.
Anyway, some models are not needed for some groups.

Is it possible to hide some models? If yes, how?

Thanks

Would you mind to share a little bit more of detail? I am not even sure what you mean by models.

Sorry, there was a wrong translation from italian in my Zammad installation 😃

Models = Templates ([Templates — Zammad Admin Documentation documentation](https://admin-docs.zammad.org/en/latest/manage/templates.html))

Everyone can see all templates. I would like to restrict some templates only to some groups.

I see.
I’m afraid that’s a technical limitation.

If you believe this is a missing functionality, consider creating a feature request here (if there’s none): [Feature requests - Zammad - Community](https://community.zammad.org/c/stuff-you-like-zammad-to-have-feel-free-to-discuss-and-add-proposals/6)

Is there a way to do custom developments internally (like a plugin or similar)?
We have a software developer team that could do improvements.

Technically, possibly - sure I guess. But that’s something you guys have to find out on your own I am afraid.

Rolf created a very extensive how to custom package here:

> Packages Tutorial Welcome to this tutorial. I will do my best to give you a basic introduction into custom development of zammad. Until there is a marketplace and/or a developer/packages documentation officially available by Zammad GmbH, this might help you to get some insights about how to handle packages in zammad. I will try to show you some basics and tips and tricks to keep your development compatible and easy to maintain. Be aware that all my small tutorials are using my GIT aliases. So …
