Zammad: Maintenance run

Infos:

  • Used Zammad version: 4.3
  • Used Zammad installation source: (source, package, …)
  • Operating system: Ubuntu latest
  • Browser + version: Chrome latest

Expected behavior:

Feature request:
Maintenance Task in Zammad Admin console
With usefully run rake database “clean up”
Reboot (if its usefull)
Cleaning “Client list” -> System -> Sitzungen / Connections (if its usefull)
And everystuff which is good for zammad performance

Technical Assistance:
You got some hints for me to have a nice running zammad,
which i can add to my nightly reboot cronjob? :slight_smile:

sorry, i’m a little confused… what exactly are you trying to do?
There shouldn’t be any need to reboot anything.

i try to get better performance with this maintenance task.

The system is running on:

  • AMD Ryzen Threadripper 1920x 12 Core 3,5 GHz
  • RAID1 Samsung 970 EVO Plus 1 TB NVMe M.2
  • 16 GB RAM
  • With 6 Agents

One new ticket to open takes between 1-2 seconds
I know this is really fast, but after a restart is faster ;).

I´m searching for maintenance task, so that i have every day a good running Zammad :slight_smile: .

You’re aware that you’re trying to solve issues with actions that are not solving the real issue?
