Zammad login with generic oauth2 server

Hi as part of product suite we are investigating to integrate zammad as light weight CRM system. We are using keycloak for authentication and authorization.

I read multiple posts in forum saying generic oauth2 is not working with zammad. Is it true? Any one able to integrate zammad with keycloak or any other generic oauth provider?

I tried generic oauth2 integration and looks like access token request is failing (Code to token flow)
In keycloak i can see CODE_TO_TOKEN error

Generic oAuth is considered to be non functional and subject for removal.
As you’re using Keycloak, I suggest to use SAML which is the better approach.
