Ok I’ve tried and I just cannot get this working. I already have jQuery in my website so I don’t load it again, but I copy the code Zammad gives and paste is just above my < /body > tag and it just wont load. And yes, chat is enabled and I have the switch toggled to ‘on’ in the sidebar to show an agent is there.
