# Zammad is exhausting resources

Looking at [Found numerous Zammad issues](https://community.zammad.org/t/found-numerous-zammad-issues/3756/17), it seems that we do have some users who (for whatever reason) fallback to longpolling instead of websockets. That this causes way more load makes sense and we need to investigate why these users cannot/do not use websockets.
