Hi, i have a one trouble and is that i need create a folder shared and public tools inside my server, as a my webserver is nginx i try configure a folder “dh” but appearme this error and the error say it zammad.
Why this?
Am I guessing correctly that this: Zammad create folder is a duplicate of this topic?
Zammads default webserver configuration files to not provide options to have custom folders and thus all requests are routet to Zammad as application. As /dh is no valid endpoint in Zammad, you’ll receive above error message.
If your configuration says it should allow the access, your webserver may fall back to the Zammad configuration. Not sure if we can help with that exactly.
Your webservers log files may provide information which vhost was re acting. You could start from that part.
