Zammad Email respondig

can i put that evry time when i write something in one support ticket that i send one email to customer?
Now i need to choose responde email?

Its worked but how i can send all Text from Ticket.
In Body i can put only Text but i want to Sent all Ticket.

You cannot sendout a complete ticket sumamry of all articles in Zammad. It’s not supported.
