Hi folks,
Using the Cloud version of Zammad, i’ve created a couple of testing tickets which I want to delete to remove from alll records. I cannot see any way to fully delete them, I cannot see anything in the documentation about it either. I’m aware there’s a “long way around” by creating a state and moving it there, but that’s not what I want. While i’m testing and confiugring, I want these tickets fully deleted and not just hidden using category tricks.
