Zammad chat to run on separate port or traffic to originate from website ip instead of client ip

Expected behavior:

  • Is there a possibility to run zammad chat on a different port separately, or can I have the widget get traffic from the website server ip instead of the client ip. I am trying to address a network security issue, thanks.
